I bought the WWL 3-hole steam tip for Silvia. Now how do I change it out? I put quite a bit of pressure on turning the old tip, but it would not budge. I quit rather than taking a chance on bending it. This would not be threaded opposite, would it? Any help appreciated.

Looking from the top towards the tip, you would turn the "nut" clockwise. If, by some remote chance, you are kneeling on the kitchen floor, looking from the bottom up, turn the "nut" counterclockwise. It is a normal right-hand screw thread. The 3-hole tip (from WLL or 1stLine) makes the formation of microfoam almost foolproof whereas the 4-hole tip from EPNW definitely makes it foolproof but simply takes longer. IMO, the 3-hole is nicely sized for Silvia. Granted, the stock tip works (obviously?) but can try your patience. Eric S. Thanks. Just took a little more pressure, once I was sure I was turning the right direction.
