I may be wrong in this, but I seem to recall receiving a newsletter for Jonathan at "Joe The Art of Coffee" that mentioned something about classes. Jazzed, I don't know of any espresso art traing in NYC. Here's a couple of alternatives: 1. Fly to Italy and take the Musetti training course. 2. Buy a tape and practice at home. Good luck. http://www.musetti.it/eng/corsi.htm http://www.espressovivace.com/w_books.html "Jazzed" <amrusso1@optonline.net > wrote in message news:1184768969.231051.319010@d30g2000prg.googlegroups.com... > Does anyone know of any barrista training classes offered in the NY > metro area?
