Subject: Best way for milk cream/foam?
Hi Group,

I am still looking for the best milk to get milk-foam.
So far, i use low fat (0.3% homogenized) milk.
Before i had 1.5 % with a little cold (!) water, but when adding water to
the 0.3 it doesn`t work as good.

Anyone else with better ideas?

Best regards,
Teja Falk

btw i use either 1-2% fat milk depending on whats available and have no
problem with either.

I also don't know why you would add water to it.. LOL.. unless you
tight on milk.

You don't have to use full cream (I don't drink full cream either)
Lite milk foams more than normal milk so you just have to be careful
not to overstretch the milk and have a load of hard foam on the top of
the pitcher and zero foam (thin milk) down the bottom.

err,use full cream milk and stop adding water to it? I don't see why
you're putting water in...
