http://www.homeroaster.com/setup.html If you set a Melitta cone on top of the Bunn Carafe, it fits like a glove and the Melitta cone filters make the coffee taste way better. Not as good as my Chemex, which I use for my coffee, but better than the flat bottomed Bunn basket. -- ********************* Ed Needham "to absurdity and beyond!" http://www.homeroaster.com ********************* "Brian Colwell" <bmcolwell@shaw.ca > wrote in message news:PIori.16531$_d2.7000@pd7urf3no... >I was looking at one of these on e-bay...........can you use melita filters >on this model ? > > Thanks, bmc >

I would never have thought of trying to use the Melitta cone top !! Thanks again Ed, Brian

A call to the Bunn hotline, it's a 1-800 number on the bunnomatic web site will get you a free kit to fix the problem. The other problem is a scaled up boiler from a few years of use in a hard water situation. So before you buy ask about these things unless you want to do some repairs yourself. -- ********************* Ed Needham "to absurdity and beyond!" http://www.homeroaster.com *********************
