Subject: Cleaning an Alpenrost
|
I have had an Alp for over three years and never cleaned it! It gets a lot
of use and the inside is now coated with a thick black gunge. Can anyone
here suggest a cleaning agent/method which will help me restore my beloved
roaster to its former pristine condition?

In that type of condition, I'd suggest something like Easy Off oven cleaner.
Don't get it on the plastic hood or aluminum drum drive/support wheels.
