Subject: Fresh RoastPlus 8 availability !!!! Just broke mine..
Right... after 2 1/2 years the cannister shattered (all these years I
thought it was hardened plastic; NOT !)... I live in Boston and no one
sells anything close to roasting equipment. Off to NYC tomorrow -
anyone know a retailer in Manhattan who sells roasters? I've googled
till I'm blue and no hits...Any suggestions are kindly appreciated ! I
WILL NOT LOWER MYSELF to store-bought beans...

Good idea. But, since you are going to NYC, you could raise yourself
quite a bit with beans roasted by Counter Culture, Ecco Caffe, Gimme
and Oren's. Available at Gimme, Grumpy, Ninth St. Espresso and Oren's
Daily Roast.
