I've been trying to find some links to pics of the Gaggia Classic, Coffee or
Espresso inards and/or an exploded view of same. Any help appreciated. TIA.

I know of at least one gaggia steam stat that looks very different.
Here is a picture from a 25-yr-old gaggia baby:

I put a piece of paper behind it to make it easier to see.
This thing has to be the steam stat, by process of elimination
(the brew stat is in the foreground, with a yellow sticker,
labeled 107 C).

Anyone know how it works? Apparently it is adjustable,
the right screw on top has a blob of red paint on it.

Howdy Bertie!
Not sure if you wanted pics or diagrams? Try this for now:

Thanks and danke, Jim and Robert.
The brew and steam stats, are these called popper stats or is there an
official name?
The steam stat in the pic, is this a generic stat or a Gaggia designed one?
I can't see how the stat is fixed to the boiler - any ideas? TIA.

I THOUGHT all the Gaggia stats were screwed into the boiler with M4
threading (same as Silvia's 165 C safety thermostat) but am ready, willing,
able to be corrected.

Thanks for that Eric. Yes I've since found out that the 17mm hex base plate,
has a 3.5mm bolt, that screws it to the boiler.
