My Isomac group handle has come loose several times during a shot pour and creates a slight mess, i place it on tight and hold the handle while pouring the shot and sometimes the pressure still pushes the handle loose. The portafilter handle ears seem ok not worn down. The group gasket is the original 3 yr old gasket could that be the problem ? Never had this problem with my 3 yr old silvia and the almost 3 years with the isomac, cannot trust the handle to stay on while the shot pours unattended due to high pressure coffee spray and mess if handle comes loose. Thanks, WS

1) Crank the handle HARDER to the right -- it won't break! ( hold the machine if you have to) 2) If you overload the basket, you will never be able to get the handle tight. 3) three years? change out the gasket.
