I think you could add a pid device into the machine ,which is anther option and would not cost you so much . What the negative is you need manualy set the temperture at every stage when roasting. But my point is that a saveable curve is not very necessary for a roaster. For every type of bean has its suitabe roast curve which is different. I think the pid is not very expensive in China.It is about 20~30USD.But as I know it would be 100~200USD in some place which is very strange.
