Used the naked portafilter. PID set to 229.5F With Malabar Gold roasted 6 days prior, my double shot came out in 24 seconds with 5/16" of crema and flavor that should last for hours! What else do I have to look forward to? ;-) Godzilla

I routinely get 5/8" of crema! Really it's not the height of the crema that matters, (to a point) it's about the taste. {;-) Craig.
