Friends,
I've just uploaded a bunch of coffee-related photos on Flickr.

Vertical cream things? Maybe you mean the Alessi Mendini. A
Philips/Alessi collaboration. I've heard it did not make good coffee,
but wild modern design. Alessi does some really interesting things.
Most too expensive, though.

No, he meant the Utentra, but probably should have said "the vertical
cream-colored bars surrounding the boiler" ----- and yes, Ken, they're meant
to keep you from burning your hand . . .

Fiona and Oofy are our two Welsh Corgis. Yes, definitely a pretty
face.
They live in a different Flickr set.
Occasionally Fiona will eat a coffee bean that has dropped on the
floor. But too much could be toxic, so I don't encourage it. Cute,
though.
