Hi, I'm swapping out the pressurestat on my Expobar Pulser (thanks to DaveB for the new one- owe you a couple $$ for postage!) My question is that the old pressurestat in the machine only has 2 tabs for electrical contacts, and the new one has three. Do I just connect the 2 wires to the 2 tabs on the new pressurstat that are labelled the same, or do I need to split out the wires to cover all three tabs. Or, can this question not be answered without providing you all more information or pics? Thank, Wes

The two wires for your old pressurestat are connected to the terminals ked "com" (common) and "nc" (normally closed). Connect the wires to the same ked terminals on the Ceme - and, as Jack said, it would be prudent to cover the terminal ked "no" (normally open) with an insulated female spade. Use the top and bottom terminals (the ones that show continuity when the machine is cold). The center terminal is not used (this one is live when the boiler clicks off and could be used to control a "ready" light). It's a good idea to cap it off with something insulated (plastic) as otherwise you might touch it accidentally when the machine is at operating temp and get a shock.
