My three year old Silvis has developed a water leak where the steam handle enters the valve. I am having trouble finding a diagram of the section so I can identify what parts I need to buy. Can some kind Altie come to my rescue? Cheers, Ken Russell kenrussellDELETE@optushome.com.au

You need two "O" rings 36402001 (get 4 because the same ones are used on the steam wand) and a cock gasket (or "Steam Gasket" number 36302002." E-Mail me and I will send you the parts diagram with the Rancilio numbers, but all you need to do is contact your parts supplier and tell them, "I need the 4 little O rings for the steam valve and wand, and the cock gasket," and hope they don't take it personally. ;-) Randy "parts is parts" G. http://www.EspressoMyEspresso.com
