Subject: Solis Scala Coffee Grinder?
|
Costco.com closed out the Solis Maestros last year. I gifted a few of them, and have one in my office. It's not a Rocky, but I like it. Now Costco sells the 'Solis Scala" < http://tinyurl.com/y5nw4n > ,shows a picture of it with some add copy, and refers to Solis site for more info <http://www.soliscoffee.com/coffee-grinders.html >. The Solis site only shows Maestros. Anyone know anything about the Scala? The Maestro works fine with a themoblock (old Braun or *$ Barista) for office espresso. I'm hoping the Scala will do the same. Thanks, Larry

A friend has one of these branded by Starbucks. I've been grinding coffee with it until my Mazzer arrives. At the finest setting I cannot tamp hard enough to get a decent 25 sec pour on the NS Oscar I have. LF wrote: > Costco.com closed out the Solis Maestros last year.
