My Mazzer Mini is three years old this week, and its doser has started
to squeak a bit when I pull the lever. It's never been lubed. What's
the protocol for this project? Do need to take anything apart? Do I
have to find a food-safe lubricant?

IIRC, I wrote the verse about both you and Casey. Ah yes, found it, the
first verse is Barry's:

(To the tune of the Men of the Green Berets)

>Little Maddie on Greg's lap
>Lays a bomb he thinks is crap
>Quickly back in Junes arm
>It's only a false alarm

>Greg n Casey see Maddie

vaseline would be good and is safe.

it may be squeaking where the handle pivots. -- I'd look there 1st.
