Anyone catch the Today Show this morning. They had a feature segment
on "Things you need to know about coffee". Pretty pathetic. The
cheese cake female they have on the show pretty much destroyed the
segment, constantly harping on how she prefers over-roasted, oily
coffee. Blech.

research on coffee, and tried to tell the audience to focus on Arabica
beans, use cold bottled spring water instead of tap, and that the big
coffee chains over-roast their beans to make them stand out among all
the milk, sugar and flavorings. It could have been a decent segment,
if the cheesecake had kept her mouth shut.
