Just sent ours in. I see they are out of stock on it. Perhaps they are done
for. Anybody know anything about what is going on? All my emails to them
keep getting bounced back

I thought they were behaving in a moribund fashion in late summer when
I was dealing with them. In spite of the rumours, I would be
surprised if they actually introduce a new model and suspect -- only
an unfounded hunch -- that their entrepreneur founder has not realized
in the coffee roasting business the potential for the returns he is
generating with Orange Glo.
I would be delighted to see a new iteration of the Zach & Dani
roaster, but I am skeptical.
Please return to this thread when the question of the repair of your
roaster is resolved.

Have you tried calling them? The number is on their home page although
it is not very prominent.
877-470-0330 is the number
Rumors are there is a newer model coming but nothing official.
