Does anyone have information about the company? My roasting chamber
broke and they have been 'back ordered' since the summer. Nothing
seems to be shipping - no roasters, no parts.
If they are still in business, what are they selling?

Nesco has bought it out. Here's the link : http://www.nesco.com/
I don't know if they are selling parts, but there is a 'contact us' link
on the page.
