I ordered three things from cafeparts.com & only two showed up. No problem because I understand that shit happens, so I email them advising them of the shortage. I get email(s) back from them arguing that it was in the box when it left their facilities. Now I don't care whether they didn't put it in the box, whether it was rifled enroute, or the damned espresso fairy took it (the damn part only cost $4 or so). So I sent them an email in reply to forget about it - I'll buy the part elsewhere. I usually buy from partsguru.com & only tried cafeparts.com based on the good references they get on AC. This was my 3rd order from them & only problem. This email isn't intended to take away any business from cafeparts.com, but hopefully it'll be a wakeup call to them that arguing with a customer isn't cool. Money (even very little money) will go where it's perceived to be of value. Mine isn't going to cafeparts.com. -- Robert (third order killed a budding relationship) Harmon http://tinyurl.com/pou2y http://tinyurl.com/psfob http://tinyurl.com/fkd6r

Mind you, I've never actually ordered from them, so maybe that' s the reason... but still, so far there's a 100 per cent satisfaction rating for my non-orders.

It came in pieces. At first I was upset and then I realized they sell cafes in pieces and you have to put the parts together. Word to the wise; some assembly required. ken
