Subject: 18/20 for my ristretto...

I had some (Italian) visitors to the trailer. They award marks (20/20
- I got 18/20)...Funny people...

Know what a ristretto is... 2 marks
Get the right cup...2 marks
preheat cup...2 marks
Grind to order....2 marks
shot time about right...2 marks
Volume about right....2 marks
appearance about right....2 marks
Supports sugar....2 marks
Tastes like a ristretto... 2 marks
Best ristretto...2 marks

Also had a famous (in the south of the UK) TV news presenter here for
a while - (Debbie Thrower, daughter of famous gardener), interviewing
for a ducumentary to be shown on 21st Sept,. about immigration. Had a
cup of tea and filmed various customers. Thinks she might do a
feature on the coffee bar (don't hold your breath)...

It's on the menu, spelling OK (I think). I only serve doubles, so
double ristretto may have been too much volume. A single barely coats
the bottom of the cup.

Congratulations, Danny! I also enjoyed the cultural differences
implicit in the term "famous gardener." :-)
