I'll be moving from Vegas to L.A. (probably the Pico-Robertson area) in late
August. I don't know how many of your live around there, or whether you
ever get together, but I'd be interested in saying Hello at some point.

Do I have a deal for you.
If you are moving to LA and want to meet LA area alties, what better way
than to sign up for the SCAA Homecoming this next Saturday the 15th, in Long
Beach, and the Supreme Bean event the next day. I promise you this will be
the largest gathering of LA/Southern California alties for quite a while,
certainly the biggest before next May's SCAA meeting in Long Beach (My
prediction is that more Southern California alties will go to the events
next weekend than will go to the SCAA convention in LB if for no other
reasons that the Homecoming is FREE and directed specifically at alties).

You need to register for both events, in advance. I'm sure there is some
sort of limit on the number of participants at each, but I doubt it has been
reached so far as no such announcements have been made.
