Subject: Best Mocha Recipes?

Hot Mochas rotate in cycles in winter, Frapps in Summer, so I want your
secret Mocha recipes I can try. I looked up a few on google, but I bet there
are some great ones here. Maybe this is posted ah nauseum year in year out,
I don't know since I don't hang out here, but if you have a minute, post you
favorite Mocha recipe here for me ah nauseum, so I can get nausated with the
new aromas. Ah, the chemistry of Mochas!

I found this one and wanted to try it perhaps tomorrow. I do have a few
Davinci and Torelli syrups on hand.

One tip for you. If available, go to your local "Trader Joe's" and buy
some of their single source dark chocolate bars. They have very high
percentages of cocoa solids, and each has a unique taste. I like the
ones with the orange or yellow on the label. I use a very fine drum in
my Moulinex grater http://images.shopping-profis.de/products/16187.jpg
and grate the chocolate either into the cup with the espresso and/or on
top of the milk or whipped cream. The aroma with just a little on the
top can really change the taste. The nose is a big part of taste.
