2. What part of the Denver area?
3. There's a coffee kiosk in Carmine Lonardo's deli at the corner of
Chambers and Smoky Hill Rd. They guy who does the coffee will custom
roast anything you want including blends. He seems very knowledgeable
and cooperative.

West side, between Denver and Lakewood.

No rating system, but www.espressomap.com shows "third wave" cafes
around the continent. Novo in Arvada, CO is the best thing going at the
moment. Not yet on the map but close: Fluid Coffee Bar
(www.fluidcoffeebar.com).
As for roasters, I'll leave the ratings up to others more familiar with
the area.
