Anyone ever try one of these and if so, your opinion of it? Sounds like a inexpensive way to make espresso and still get the "crema" that everyone wants. Below is what one site said. I also have posted a link to it and would appreciate comments from those of you within this NG who may not have tried it, but have some knowledge of it: http://www.bialetticafe.com/product_info.php?products_id=1&gclid=CMbJ39ChrIgCFR1sWAod0mughg Brikka is the first and only stovetop espresso maker to produce rich foam or "crema" from your espresso coffee. Specially designed with patented Brikka SystemŽ technology, Bialetti's new Brikka traps the fine aromatics and flavors that register on the palate adding a thicker, richer texture to each cup of coffee. * Construction: Cast Aluminum/Bakelite * Colour: Polished/ Black * Capacity: 8 ounces (250 ml measure included) * Made in Italy

I have Brikka 2-cup. It makes a nice 3 oz. cup of coffee with a thin layer of light-brown crema. So, it makes coffee that is similar to that produced by most espresso bars in the U.S. But, not like a properly made espresso that has a richer taste, heavier mouth feel, and a thicker layer of darker crema.
