Hello all,
I'm looking for new recipes to add to my site. All types of recipes
are welcome. My friends and I are going to pick the best one each week
and try it out.

Thinking about a bananabread using a breadmachine. Don't know whether
to add extra fruit processed through a dehydrator, what type, and much
more than some store dried coconut and rasins. A softer nut like
walnuts sounds good, butter and maybe a little sour cream and honey.
Spices, but added lightly. Espresso shots will be the binding liquid
(with less or little water/egg/milk) for a mix of unbleached white
flour, wholewheat, and possibly oatmeal or a multigrain (if
supermarkets have the last). I'll be looking over bananabread recipes
for ideas about going about ingrediants and proportions. No dry yeast
- using baking powder.
