Subject: Does anyone know this steam tip?

Hello,
On www.espressoxxl.de I saw this steam tip. To see the picture please go to
alt.binaries.coffee and look under the same header.
I'm not having a lot of succes at making great microfoam with my BZ99. At
least it's not very consistent. I've replaced the original 4-hole tip with
an Isomac 2-hole one. Later I plugged some of the holes of the original
tip. Stil later I closed them all and drilled one single hole. So far that
workes okay but I'm still not satisfied with the results. The steam tip in
the picture has air inlets. Not too expensive to try for 7,50 Euro's.
Has anyone experience with this thing?
