I have the following books and DVD's for sale. Each has been viewed and
read once. I am opening a gallery and thought I would do a coffee
house/gallery. Thank God I'm a research junkie, reading & watching these
really opened my eyes to all of the work and dedication it takes to be a

Sounds like you really did do your homework first! I haven't used books from
Bellisimo but these look like a pretty complete set that would be useful for
any start up. Now about those Rancilio machines... $$$$?

The books are good, and no way is anyone getting my silvia & rocky :)
There was a bit of a learning curve, but I can now say I make a better
espresso than my neighborhood coffee house!
