Kudo's to these guys!
I have an old Fresh Roast Plus Roaster I had bought off Ebay and the
bottom of the roast chamber had cracked (it wasn't the aluminum type)
I called them a couple of weeks ago and they said to send it to them.
Beings as I didn't buy it from them I asked what it would take to fix
dollars wise. i didn't want to put much money in such an old unit and
was considering a new roaster. Anyway I sent it to them and today I
received a completely new roast chamber with the aluminum base. What a
great company to do business with. I'll be doing business with them
again!
