Subject: From Mini Nova to what?

About 4-5 years ago I found a Mini Nova on e-bay and it has served me
well. Over the past couple years it has had it's problems but parts
arereadily available and Terry at Espresso Parts and been AMAZING at
diagnosing and helping me fix the issues.
About a year ago I had a pump failure. Not a big deal except that after
replacing the pump it still didn't work so I packed up the Mini and
shipped it from WV to WA only to find the pump was bad.
I haven't been staying at home a lot latly and the machine hasn't been
getting the use that it is used to -- 8-10 shots a week, though it
stays on all the time -- and the other day I found the pressure guage
sitting on 0 again.
I thought it might just be low water but I checked the reservoir and
cycled the switch. I hear the solinoid click but no pump!! GRRRRR.
So three pumps in 2 years and I'm wondering if it isn't time to just
get a new machine.
If so what? The astra line looks REALLY nice but what else?
