Subject: GIlda's Club


THe local Gilda's club Exec Director has decided to establish a small
coffee bar for the members of Gilda's Club. THis will be a Free offering
for any Gilda's Club member (ask if you don't know what Gilda's Club is
about). She does realise some of the requirements (2 or 3 group machine
at least two good grinders (SJ's or ....) I am trying to come up with an
overall shopping list.

They already have a Bunn Pour over for regular ...

I am thinking of
220 & 110
water
drain
Water filter (RO etc)
sink
Fridge
Counter
cups
Jugs
Thermometer(s)
knock box(es)

anything I am missing...
Not the minutiae but the big stuff?

I don't know what Gilda's club is or how many people are going to be
using this but I'm thinking a super automatic machine would be the way
to go. Hit a button and have your drink. anything more than that may
be too much for most people? Not to mention the mess of a
semi-automatic machine. Do you think people will really clean up after
themselves?
