I've seen a bunch of mods on this site for grinders. Has anyone
attemped to modify the Capresso Infinity for better espresso
adjustment? If so, I'd be very interested.

Are you saying you need a finer grind than it can provide stock?
Sheesh, mine chokes my Gaggia Espresso on the left from mid on Fine
Setting (not Super Fine)
