A few years back, I recall seeing a web page where someone had logged
the fan and heater control functions of the HotTop roaster as a time
series.
Anyone else recall this page?
Anyone have the URL or a copy?

and I didn't want to post
But all this arguing with Daveb and KF and RandyG
really detracts from the value of the group.

Bob - if you have some info on how the HotTop functions, would you mind
sending that email to me as well?
Remove the first "bc", change the "o" to an "e".
