Subject: Macap MC4

Hi,

Is anyone here familiar with the Macap MC4 grinder? Some websites
explicitly state that it has stepless micrometrical grinding
adjustment, others say nothing about the type of adjustment. Do all MC4
grinders have stepless adjustment, or are there two different versions?

Any thoughts on what it's like to use the MC4? How does it compare to
for example the Tranquilo?

Regards,
Alex

There is a stepped version and a stepless.

I've never used the Tranquilo so I can't compare. Try searching
Coffeegeek or homebarista to see if there are comparisons.

Is that intended as a rebuke to all other posters in this thread? If
so, please let us know so we can ignore your posts in future.

And you were entitled to this information because, because, because
.....? Because you own a computer and know how to type?

Alex,

As an improter for Macap, I will confirm there are both versions
(stepped and stepless) currently available in the United States. If an
ad does not state wich type it is, I would suggest calling the vendor.
