My cosmetically gorgeous Isomac Tea would be a screaming, fall-off-your-chair bargain . . . .if it worked. If you fix what's wrong without sending it in for repair, and enjoy doing it, it would be no less a bargain. If you had to put some money into it, still a good deal. All IMO, of course. Posted with pics on CoffeeGeek's buy-sell-trade page. I'm on order for a LaSpaz Vivaldi II from Chris. So I'll have to find someone other than Schulman to pester when I send out my inevitable cries for "Helllp!" Martin (who has a financial interest in this post)

If you are going to do this, at least make it easy - Link here: http://www.coffeegeek.com/forums/members/buysell/261127 Asking $475 "Heat + Beans" <heatgunroast@gmail.com > wrote in message news:1161356061.055117.99230@b28g2000cwb.googlegroups.com... > My cosmetically gorgeous Isomac Tea would be a screaming, > fall-off-your-chair bargain . . . .if it worked. Thanks for putting up the link, Jack. It's an unusual offer, best suited to someone who isn't timid about trouble-shooting and maybe replacing the faulty grumpsphlow scrimmel. There may not be enough guaranteed profit to buy, fix, and resell. But the deal might connect with someone who wants the machine to use or to fix for someone else. I wouldn't mind comments here on the "risk factors." The short story is that it looks good and does not respond to flipping the switch other than the lights. If I knew of a walk-in shop in L.A., I'd take it in. For the next few months I don't have the time/skill to concentrate on it, and UPS back and forth across the country just seems excessive.
