Subject: Moka pot with know to control pressure ?

On one of those cooking shows on TV I had a glimpse at a stovetop moka
pot with what looked like a pressure control valve.... does anyone know
what I am talking about ? who makes it ?
I am looking for better way to make expresso than my current moka pots,
none will giveme the crema I am looking for ????
That could be the ticket, well maybe.
