Joe the Art of Coffee Head Barista Erin Meister will lead participants
in a tasting of coffees with different levels of caffeine. Erin will
also discuss how the type of coffee bean and brewing method affect a
beverage's caffeine level, and address the many misconceptions and
questions about the stimulant. For instance: What are the health
benefits of caffeine? Does it maximize one's energy and focus? Which
has more caffeine: espresso, drip coffee, or tea?
