Every time I backflush with detergent, it seems to screw with my machine. Eventually after a week or so, it resumes normal function. My boiler pressure goes up, from 1.4 max to 2.1. The machine seems to easily choke up and also I have a leak during the pull from where the lever ties in to the three way valve. Even normally I get dripping from there with good espresso, but now I have quite the stream. I dismantled the parts where the activating lever inserts into the group. I found a rubber stopper that seats onto a shaft which appeared slightly deteriorated. The machine is only 1 1/2 years old. Any thoughts? Is this part replaceable? Any help or thoughts appreciated Shadd

I've got this unit, too. Has only been running for a couple of months, thus no issues with the machine. I'd suggest contacting either chriscoffee or quickmill directly to get a replacement part.
