Is this the same as the mac 2000 1 group? I'm in one of those
proverbial "guy bought a bar, like new machine, doesn't want to use it,
want's to sell it cheap" scenarios. Any thoughts? Advice?

I believe they are the same. I sure like mine. Set the p-stat at the
lowest setting.
