Subject: Relation between roast and brewing temperature ?


Just a (hopefully) simple question.
Some time ago I read somewhere about the relation between the roast and
the brewing temperature, but unfortunately I don't know where anymore
and I can not find it again.
I thought that it was, that darker roasts prefer a (slightly) lower
temperature and lighter roasts a (slightly) higher one. Of course it
will depend on other things as well, but I mean generally speaking.
Or is it just reversed ?
