The only downside is when you pull too many shots in a short period of time and upset the E-61/boiler thermal equilibrium, and the E-61 gets too hot (rarely much of a problem in a home environment, though). I always thought there would be a decent market for a single boiler machine with the PID already installed. Where did you here the rumor, Dave? Chris from Chris Coffee?
