Greetings. New espresso enthusiast, cafe owner and soon to be shop roaster here. Just wanted to let you know we have a lovely little shop in South Saint Paul, MN. We have a full scratch bakery with english all cream scones, cinnamon and caramel rolls, we make our own biscotti, brownies, cheesecake, fudge lava cakes, peanut butter cup bars, seven layer bars, paninis, breakfast sandwiches, yogurt parfaits, etc. etc. We are currently serving Paradise Roasters' Classico espresso daily and serve a featured espresso that rotates on a weekly basis. Included on this rotating list are coffees such as Black Cat, Barefoot roasters Sweetness, Soon to be Stumptown (hairbender probably), and soon to be Gimme Coffee Spro'. Probably do some S*bucks spro and White Rock, a local roaster for comparisons. Not to group White rock with S bux. Sorry. Anywho, I welcome questions and feedback, we are still fine tuning our espresso, we serve out of 15 gram doubles on a synesso three group and three mazzers. Robur and two jollys. We have Ryan Wilbur here formerly of Lava Java and Crema Cafe on the west coast, and Miguel of Paradise comes in frequently to help us cup and fine tune coffee in general. We have several comitted baristas with expanding palettes and latte art ability. Thank you for your time. We now return to your regularly scheduled popcorn popper roaster modification channel. If you reach the level of these blends with your shop roasting anytime soon, you'll have earned my profound respect. No arguing with your taste though. The Twin Cities seems like it has a rather high level coffee culture; even wone of your chains (Dunn's) is quite good, and there seem to be a lot of small good roasters.
