Exactly what I was looking for, thanks.
I've been working on my technique because the pours would start out with
the 'rat tail' and then gush crema. While the result tasted very good,
it just didn't seem right.
So I played around and finally figured out that I was under-dosing a
bit. Upped the dose and I got pretty much what that video shows.
Now I gotta wait until tomorrow 'cause I ran out of beans! ;-)

surprised (or maybe not) at how many folks have video-documented their pours
