Subject: Still having choppy shots...

So I posted about this a while ago and you all were very helpful. I did
the backflushing and cleaning, but not the descaling. When I run the
machine without the portafilter the water omes out like it should but
when I make a pour it's still coming out choppy or "spurty". Should I
try descaling as the next step? Nothing else that I'm doing has changed
and I've never experienced this before.

1) Clean
2) Descale w/ Cleancaf -- not vinegar!
3) Backflush - never
