From the recent pictures I have seen, it would appear that Rancilio no longer uses a Teflon-coated portafilter on the Silvia. Am I correct?

My Rancilio Sienna had a Teflon coated portafilter. Never understood why. And Mark Prince's review stated -- the portafilter design and materials [esprecially the teflon covering] causes the streams from good shots to dance and swirl -- so I thought it might still be a problem. > "Randy G." <frcn@DESPAMMOcncnet.com> wrote in message > news:5cc9h2pq8p8kqsv34d7dqtvm7r2ldq42pf@4ax.com... >> "Harry Moos" <harrym@ruraltel.net> wrote: >> >>>From the recent pictures I have seen, it would appear that Rancilio no >>>longer uses a Teflon-coated portafilter on the Silvia.
