Subject: Thermal probe 'pid' Silvias now available

Based on the great performance and improved accuracy delivered by the
installation of a stainless TC directly into the water of HX machines,
Rancilio Silvias are now offered, both new and as a retrofit.
It resides dead center in the boiler with the sensor about 1 inch above
the brew head assembly.
The cost will be little higher; units will ship in January. -- The
'standard' 'pid' mod continues as before.
