Subject: Timer at Home Depot $10.97

Great $10.00 gimmick -- was cheaper at my local store. Have your
espresso machine ready in the A.M. -- Yeah I know, this is old news,
but this is better than the $20 digital timer -- NO manual needed, no
batteries, just gears! 3 wire. 15 amp -- 1800 watts

Intermatic
15 Amp 1750 Watt 125 Volt AC 24 Hr. Heavy-Duty Timer
Model TN311D89

(the $20 digital is rated at 500 watts, and ANY espresso machine will
burn it out)

You can get even heavier duty ones. People up North use them to plug
their car engine heaters into in the wintertime.

sure you can, from homedespots even,
fer instance here's a 40 amp one
http://www.homedepot.com/prel80/HDUS/EN_US/jsearch/product.jsp?pn=100368

but not for 10.97 or less, which imo was the point.
