Everything is in place, dialed in and all is good.

The Mazzer Super Jolly is performing superbly with the new burrs and
I've got it dialed in for my espresso or Cafe Cremas, with sometimes a
tweak needed for bean or humidity.

The Alex has exceeded my expectations. Solidly built, outstanding
performance, she has brought new flavors to my tongue from the brew she
pours.

I've adjusted the Pstat for 1.1 bar from the factory set 1.4. While
this could be an issue at an outing, at home this gives me a shorter
cooling flush time, but still allows plenty of steam and hot water.
Adjusting the Pstat is so simple on this one that it just isn't an
issue. Pull off drip tray, adjust Pstat. It is right there for the
viewing.

The plumb-in is great, especially on this HX/E61 combo 'cause you use
lots of water. Pour in will be reserved for trips or outings. The
final step will be getting the drain plumbed in, but that is for a later
date as I just don't feel like crawling under the house right now.
Temporarily I am using a 2 gallon water jug to catch the drain, which
gives me a full day and plenty more before it needs dumping.
