Subject: Vivace blends

I'm yet again really enjoying Schomer's blend for cappuccinos, which I can
now buy at Cafe Luxxe instead of mail ordering, and I'm wondering why
there's so gosh darn much crema. There has to be a good amount of robusta
in there, n'est pas?
