Subject: Way OT - any Canadians here know of a good online resource on Canada/Vancouver business laws?

Sorry this is so OT, but this site has the largest number of Canadians of any group I'm a part of so I figured I'd give it a shot. All of the sudden I need to learn all I can on this, fast. Any help appreciated. Thanks, Paul
