Subject: cafe recommendations sought: alabama to tennessee

i'm traveling between birmingham, al and gatlinburg, tn and wondering if
anyone has a coffee shop recommendation for me. my wife and love
espresso drinks and good quality brewed coffee. we've never been to this
part of tennessee before and are hoping to find some decent coffee on
our way.
in birmingham, we frequent o'henrys in homewood (local coffee roaster)
and safari cup in downtown birmingham, who specializes in african blends
and specialty coffees. i think these are the two best coffee venues in
birmingham without a doubt.
any suggextions would be appreciated.

The only high-end cafe is in Atlanta: ane Coffee. See
